Anyone has a hard time to rest and relax when there are so many things to do. By drinking at least 10 glasses of water throughout the day will flush those toxins out. A person should aim to at least drink 2-3 glasses of water within the first hour or so then about 8 more within the next 24 hours. After the person is done with their massage after the hour, they should drink several glasses of water then continue to replenish the body with 8 more glasses of water in the next 23 hours.
