Fitness at PUSH-as-Rx ®™ is leading the way by supporting the youth with a variety of sports programs.  The PUSH-as-Rx ®™ System is a sport-specific athletic program designed by a strength-agility coach and physiology doctor that combines 40 years of experience by working with extreme athletes. The program provides a multidisciplinary study of reactive agility, body mechanics, and extreme motion dynamics on the human body at its core. With continuous and detailed assessments of the athletes, they are under the supervision and have a clear picture of how their body works.

The fitness team presents the athletes the exposure to biomechanical vulnerabilities. This will allow trainers to adjust their methods for athletes to optimize their performances. The highly adaptive system can provide a continual dynamic adjustment that can help athletes come back to be faster, stronger, and ready to tackle their workouts after suffering from post-injury with a safe, minimized recovery time.
