Back pain can strike anyone at any point. Back and neck pain can be caused by a specific event or just from improper/overuse. Two individuals share their story about the pain they have been living in, what caused it, and how Dr. Alexander Jimenez has been able to help them. The first patient to speak is Mr. Ramirez. He was involved in a car accident that resulted in horrible neck pain, low back pain and knee pain. When he first came in to see Dr. Jimenez, he could not move his head in either direction. He remembers the pain being so intense it hurt to even touch his face. Dr. Jimenez started to work on him and the first part of his treatment involved a massage. This massage helped to loosen the muscles that were spasming around his neck and low back. Dr. Jimenez was then able to adjust him properly and Mr. Ramirez remembers hearing all kinds of popping sounds. Although these sounds may sound scary, these popping sounds are normal when an educated chiropractor is in control. After a few visits, he started seeing great advancements. He recalls going to Wellsfargo and being intimidated at first when he saw he needed to go up 7 stairs. He went up the stairs anyway and he did it without any pain! The second individual to share their story is Leticia. She is a grandmother who takes care of her grandchildren. She was in a car accident and the pain for her made walking, bending, stretching, and even picking up groceries very hard for her. It was hard for her to complete her everyday tasks. She remembered Dr. Jimenez and came in to get treatment. She recalls that after just 7 treatments with Dr. Jimenez, she was seeing great improvement. She had been seeing and doing other therapies before Dr. Jimenez and she was seeing little results but after being treated by Dr. Jimenez she felt better. -Kenna Vaughn, Senior Health Coach

[00:00:12]Â Leticia, I’m a grandmother, a wife, and I take care of my grandchildren.
[00:00:22] I am retired and disabled. I don’t do much because of my health. My body.
[00:00:26] I had an accident. I was hit by a car.
[00:00:30] And one of the things that occurred was my neck from C1-2 got herniations.
[00:00:36] The walking, the bending, the stretching, the picking up my granddaughter and picking up groceries. It was it’s very hard for me.
[00:00:47] When I came in, I mean, I couldn’t move my head either left or right. Even if you touch my face just a little bit hurt. I had really bad headaches.
[00:00:57] Dr. Jimenez came in and did a massage and all of a sudden. He started to align my spine. My knees and my shoulder. I mean, it popped one way, then it popped the other and it started to relieve this ugly pain I had on my left side.
[00:01:21] I remembered him, so I came to him and he’s been doing work on me and it’s been going on seven days and I seem to be improving a lot more with him than what I’ve done with other therapists that I’ve been going to.
[00:01:36] The other day I went to Wells Fargo, they had about seven steps I had to go up to the door and I got a bit hesitant. So I was going to grab the handlebar to walkup. For some reason, I think you might fall. How far can I go past the rim? But I went up like it was nobody’s business. My knee didn’t hurt, my neck didn’t hurt, my low back didn’t hurt. I was really surprised.
[00:02:03] And that was right after I just saw Dr. Jimenez.
