Tracy Lutech is the club director and coach for the El Paso Digger’s Volleyball Club talks about how PUSH Fitness has helped her athletes achieve optimal success. She talks about how she has seen a huge phenomenal difference in her athletes as the trainers from PUSH Fitness help her athletes not only in strength conditioning but also mentally helped them as well. Tracy Lutech mentions how PUSH Fitness helped enhanced her athlete’s athleticism while also contributing on improving them as well for future tournaments and even life itself. PUSH Fitness has helped many athletes at any given age to make sure that they are performing at the highest peak level to win their competitions. From a child all the way to adulthood, athletes go through a variety of workout programs and being on a healthy diet to reach maximum potential for their competitions. [00:00:18] Hello, my name is Tracy Lutech. Club director of El Paso Digger’s Volleyball Club and Coach. Push has definitely made a phenomenal difference in our athletes. The PUSH trainers have been exceptional as they work with our team, our coaches, our athletes, in a cohesively and diligently form. They work to better athletes, not only with strength and conditioning but in their mental process. I have seen a significant difference in our athletes when we’re on the volleyball court. Their skill has enhanced because of their athleticism, their more explosive when contacting the ball, they’re quick to pick up a ball. Their athleticism has enhanced in the short time that we’ve been here and I continuously see results. Every athlete has improved enormously, but I can’t help to think about my liberal tiny, probably about 4’8/4’ 9. Yet my little girl has increased her movement to cover the court in the back row is enormous.
[00:01:30] And I contribute a lot of her movement to the strength and conditioning training that they get at PUSH. I definitely promote PUSH and encourage people to educate themselves at PUSH. I recommend PUSH 100 percent.
