[00:00:14] Hi my name is Daniel Alvarado. I’m the owner of Push Fitness.
[00:00:17] I’m Vincent Garcia. Right now, I’m training in mixed martial arts. Yeah. That’s basically just doing that and just working.
[00:00:26] Initially, I went to go visit him just because of my upper shoulder area is mimicking shoulder pain. It was actually a depressed rib on my upper rib cage.
[00:00:39] Today it was for my knee. I kind of tweaked it a little bit yesterday. And also I’ve been coming for my toe, I have a little bit of turf toe.
[00:00:44] It gets really frustrating and annoying. It’s someone kind of just hitting the top of your forehead constantly all day long. It’s frustrating and annoying. So it’s kind of hard to stay productive, be creative when you’re constantly something is nagging you with that type of pain.
[00:01:01] Actually, I didn’t see a doctor for about four months when I had my toe and it was just getting worst. And when I started to seeing Dr. Jimenez, it just little by little every day, it was starting to get better. And then it feels a lot better when I practice and stuff like that. So it’s getting better.
[00:01:18] He takes the time to explain all the anatomy and physiology that has stood behind my injury. What I can do to prevent it? How can I further strengthen it? So he breaks it down in in-depth so I can feel a closer relationship with him as opposed to just a quick pop and get out, in and out. He gives you that relationship that you’re looking for. So you can freely ask any other questions that you might have.
[00:01:43] 100 percent. He’s like I said, he’s helped me out with a lot of injuries. He’s got me through a couple of football seasons, a couple of wrestling seasons. Yeah. He really knows what he’s doing and he gets you feeling right. So yes, 100 percent recommended Dr. Jimenez.
