Being involved in any strenuous physical activities and exercises can impact an athlete’s lifestyle. When athletes began to overwork themselves, they will develop painful symptoms that will cause them to have sports injuries and thus going to rehabilitation in order to recover. The painful symptoms that are caused by sports injuries are excruciating and sometimes annoying causing the athletes to not fully recover and be in pain constantly. No one should suffer from constant pain and have that pain prevent them from getting back to their daily lifestyle. However, there is a solution that can help athletes get back on their fitness lifestyle and overall health and well being. Athletes would recommend Dr. Jimenez as their choice for sports rehabilitation. By utilizing manual manipulation on the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system, chiropractic care can help alleviate the pain that athletes are experiencing and athletes can begin their road to recovery. Chiropractic care is a safe, non-surgical, alternative treatment that is highly recommended by athletes since it helps reduce the symptoms that sports injuries have caused among with reducing or even eliminating other health issues that cause the body harm. When athletes get their chiropractic adjustment, they will experience their joint popping, which helps release the trapped bubbles in their joints and feel instant relief in their bodies. Chiropractic care as a sports rehabilitation treatment can help athletes have a better understanding of how to prevent sports injuries from happening and helped them return to the game faster. Athletes expressed their gratitude to Dr. Jimenez as he has helped them out in so many ways and recommend other athletes to try chiropractic care as a safer alternative treatment so they can not only get the relief that they have been looking for but also chiropractic care has helped athletes take that recovery journey to a whole new level.
[00:00:08] My name is April Hermosillo and I love to work out, be fit, hike and eat lots of healthy food.
[00:00:17] I am part of an amazing family. My parents have put me into sports when I was a little kid. Of course, I’m prone to injuries.
[00:00:25] It was during practice. We were scrimmaging our older 17s team and I went to block and one of the girls had slid under the net, and I landed on her foot and my ankle just popped.
[00:00:35] In my upper shoulder area is mimicking shoulder pains, but it was actually a depressed rib on my upper rib cage. So back tension and neck problems due to being an athlete and playing volleyball, soccer, basketball, gymnastics. Yeah, and the first you hurt, like it hurt the first few days. I can put pressure on it.
[00:00:58] I try not to let it affect me, but, you know while driving and just standing too long, I do get a lot of cramps in my feet and my neck. This shows up for a couple of months and I started seeing him regularly. Once I started seeing him regularly, it kind of went away, kind to realign my spine and realign my shoulder. This gets really frustrating and annoying. It’s someone kind of just hitting the top of your forehead constantly all day long.
[00:01:26] It’s frustrating and annoying, so it’s kind of hard to stay productive, be creative when constantly something’s nagging you with that type of pain. My treatment with Mr. Jimenez has tremendously helped me. It gives me just a sense of relief, knowing that I can come and see him and all of his employees and great masseuses and everyone can just release all the tension.
[00:01:47] I’ve been coming here for four weeks and I feel almost back to normal. I go back to playing way faster than I thought I would and playing isn’t hard for me. You can see that he knew what he was talking about. He takes the time to explain all the other anatomy physiology.
[00:02:05] I stood behind my injuries. What I can do to prevent it. How can I strengthen it? You get in there and he shows you what he’s going to do and why he’s going to do it.
[00:02:14] He hasn’t been wrong with me. Two of my babies were both healed and they got healed faster because of Dr. Jimenez.
