Approximately one in four individuals have experienced low back pain from everyday activities that they may endure. Surprisingly though, the problem may be from the person’s feet that is causing pain around the backside of the human body. At any given moment, the pain can come from the feet and travel all the way to the back, causing discomfort to the individual. Pain does not always have to be with different injuries or aggravated conditions like low back pain or sciatica, it can from stepping wrong or even from the feet themselves. Studies have found out that having low back pain is the second most common cause for anyone to be missing work. However, it does not have to be this way. By using custom foot orthotics, anyone can feel the difference when the pain actually stops. Using custom foot orthotics causes the feet to realign themselves and reduce/eliminate the pain. When a person adds chiropractic care with custom orthotics, they will feel like a whole new person. Dr. Alex Jimenez utilizes the benefits of chiropractic care and custom orthotics to his patients so they can live healthy lives without pain. By using custom foot orthotics, everyone can get it customized to fit their actual foot. The machine scans the feet and pinpoints to where the problem areas are located at. The individual then receives their very own custom inserts and it can last for about seven years. The orthotics can even correct how a person’s foot is rolled out or in and realigned them to be in proper alignment. No one has to deal with pain with custom foot orthotics as they are light and can support the weight of the person’s foot as well as making sure that the body is realigned properly and not crooked to cause discomfort.
