Manuel Lozano was involved in an auto accident that impacted his life. He mentioned how after the accident, he felt fine until a few days where he felt pain on his back and he struggled every day to participate in his everyday physical activities. The pain from his back affected how he slept, sitting down and moving around. Manuel even explained how even pain medication didn’t do anything to relieve his back pain. It was then, Manuel found chiropractic care through Dr. Alex Jimenez and it changed his life completely. Manuel explained that every day he would go to get an adjustment from Dr. Jimenez and feel tremendous relief from his painful back symptoms. Manuel mentioned how Dr. Jimenez told him that “Movement is life” and that helped his recovery be faster and he was able to move a bit more. Manuel explains how chiropractic care improved his overall quality of life and he was able to perform his daily activities from playing with his son to going back into working out at the gym. He also mentioned how Dr. Jimenez would mention how to live a better life and better quality for individuals that were affected from an auto accident. Auto accidents can be caused by distracted driving, neglective driving, and drunk driving and it can cause a variety of symptoms that can affect the body. No one should suffer from pain after an auto accident and feel helpless afterward. Chiropractic care is a non-surgical alternative treatment that utilizes manual manipulation to the musculoskeletal system and can provide a wide variety of health benefits that anyone can experience. Utilizing chiropractic care as part of a person’s recovery process can be beneficial to anyone that wants to be pain-free and be on the road to recovery as well as living life to the fullest.
[00:00:20] My name is Manuel Lozano. I do truck driving for a living. I was in a hit and run accident. So I had a small front end collision. You know, everybody’s rushing here in El Paso. So this guy cut me off and I actually ended up going into the back of his car. Threw me around the car, in my own car a little bit. He just stopped way too quick and cut me off and I ended up back behind his car. After the accident, I felt fine you know, I walked away. I didn’t even go see a doctor and I did not go to the hospital. The pain really started maybe like a couple of days afterward. I started feeling that everything very tight. And I guess that I couldn’t stretch out my back, I couldn’t lay down because you know it was pain. I couldn’t sit for long periods of time without having to take some sort of pain medication. I couldn’t even sleep anymore because I couldn’t lay down without having pain, just laying down for hours, trying to get comfortable or if comfortable, just trying to make sure that I could lay down without pain. Of course, my back was just not doing very well. The longer I kept coming, the less pain I would have and the more I would be able to move around. And this is something that Dr. Alex always told me, that moments is life. You know, the more that I started coming here, the more I was able to move, the more I was able to play with my son, the more I was able to carry on with my regular life. You know, the things that Dr. Alex always tells us how to live a better life. He’s not just worried about what we came here for. He’s worried about us being able to have a better life and a better quality of living. I would definitely recommend him.
