Like many individuals, April Hermosillo suffers from occasional neck and spine pain. April Hermosillo is a young woman who has been involved in sports for most of her life. She has played volleyball, basketball, soccer and gymnastics. These sports are intense and the conditioning they require can be a lot on the body, especially when you are still growing. April Hermosillo recalls having tension and discomfort in her neck and back since the age of 14. With the constant pounding that occurs on your joints from running, jumping, flipping, and other requirements of these sports, the spine can begin to feel the pressure. However, April Hermosillo has been coming to see Dr. Alexander Jimenez for a while now and she gets adjustments when her body begins to feel tight. It is important to listen to the body and take action when pressure or pain is being felt. Early detection can stop a problem from occurring later on. Much like others, April Hermosillo recognizes that the cramps she feels in her feet is associated with the pain she feels in her neck. So many aches and pains can be associated and related to the arches in the feet. On top of doing chiropractic adjustments to treat the muscular-skeletal system, Dr. Jimenez also takes the time to explain to his patients what is going on and why he is doing the treatment. This helps patients see how everything is related and how to help prevent these injuries from happening again. April is very aware of her body and one of the reasons she is still able to be as active and fit as she is without taking breaks is because she cares for her body and gives it the chiropractic treatments it needs. -Kenna Vaughn, Senior Health Coach
April Hermosillo, a little bit about myself. I am a work in progress and I love to workout, be fit, hike and eat lots of healthy food. I have a lot of neck and lower back pain that causes a lot of feet cramps. I’ve experienced my pain since I was about 14. I’ve had back tension and neck problems due to being an athlete and playing volleyball, soccer, basketball, gymnastics. So that’s where all those amazing symptoms came from. I try not to let it affect me.
But while driving and just standing too long, I do get a lot of cramps in my feet and my neck. My treatment with Mr. Jimenez has tremendously helped me. It gives me just a sense of relief, knowing that I can come and see him and all of his employees and great masseuses and everyone can just release all the tension. It just brings me back to life. So I would definitely recommend him. Thank you, Mr. Jimenez is for everything that you have done for my family and I.
You literally have always been there for us. And I’m so grateful for everyone in your practice. And we love you and really appreciate you. Thank you for saving us and always having our back.
