It can manifest along with the delicate tissues of the backbone and the pain symptom can range from mild to disabling. Some of the causes of back pain can be excessive working out, prolonged sitting or laying down, sleeping in an uncomfortable position or from working on the field that requires heavy lifting. [00:00:21] My name’s Carlos Hermosillo and I am a contractor here in El Paso. I’ve known Dr. Jimenez for quite some time now. I visited him at some of his other clinics. I have had a recommendation from a friend of mine and I’ve been here since. Lower back pain, sometimes my back goes out of alignment and I need to help the readjustment. And he pretty much takes care of it for me. This has been ongoing for quite some time now. But again, all I need is the re-alignment and I’m usually pretty good for a while. It’s impeding on my mobility in general. I have to minimize some of the things that I do just because I’m afraid of having a reoccurrence. It varies. It could actually be picking up a grocery bag.
[00:01:13] It could be climbing a ladder. It’s hard to tell. It depends. It depends on what I’m doing. It can vary. It could be a real simple, really minor. This last incident, it didn’t seem major, but it has been it’s put me out of commission for about eight days. That was just like an unexpected movement. I was some bikes out of the street, and this other fellow was trying to help me, yanked on the front portion of the rack and threw me completely off balance.
[00:01:54] And boy, that was just horrible, horrible. Put me out of commission for a little bit. Probably rapid movement or unexpected movement in my case. That’s what happens to me. Ladders are not good for me.
[00:02:11] I guess I should listen a little more, but I don’t. Incredible. I’m not just saying that he is awesome. I come in, get re-aligned and I’m good to go. But yes, Dr. Jimenez has recommended that they set up a program for me. Different regiments. It would be accommodating for my back and my situation because they’re all barriers to me. And everybody has a different type of injury. So, me personally, I have to be careful about what I do and how I approach the ladder on my way out if I do the rapid movement, that can make all the difference. So everything I do is at a slow pace. I actually feel pretty good right away just because I know what I need and he knows how to take care of my particular injury.
[00:03:05] So I’m usually good to go the next day. After I get realigned without a shadow of a doubt, I like the way he treats his patients, like the way he treats me and he gets it done. I would recommend Doctor Jimenez to anyone. He is incredible.
[00:03:25] He’s awesome. And I think he could pretty much pinpoint a lot of the issues at hand. If you are not familiar with your body, he will explain that to you in layman’s terms so that we understand what’s going on. In my case, I know what it is. I shouldn’t be lifting too much weight. I shouldn’t be getting in weird positions.
[00:03:51] So yeah, he’ll explain everything to you in layman’s terms. Hope you can give him an opportunity. He’s incredible. And I would recommend him to anyone.
